Really poor show from the company I’m afraid. I recently made a purchase for my 6yo son’s birthday, only to be emailed the next day stating that they had incorrectly priced the item and would issue me with a refund within the next 10 days…. I’m not too bothered about the pricing mistake as I understand that small businesses can’t afford to take too much of a hit nowadays. But to not offer me a small token of compensation in way of a discount on my next purchase for the trouble of my refund is really disappointing.

TMNT Michaelangelo figures X4 purchased pictured sealed in original packaging have actually been sellotaped onto the backing card because the glue has dried out and the bubble has fallen off the backing card. Not sealed from factory. Emailed Maqio asking for a partial refund as item is not as described. Was told no refund as items are not considered "damaged".
This fault with the packaging is not disclosed in the description on Maqio website so if you are buying these as "sealed figures" they are not sealed unfortunately.

In response to your reply, it wasn't damaged by the courier and you know that because you checked the stock and said it all came delivered sellotaped together from the supplier. It's not minimal damage, you're selling New stock that's no longer sealed without stating it on the website. If it's a gift for someone they may be fine with it but for collectors it's worthless
