"Simon Breeze of Allied Surveyors…EPC"

Simon Breeze of Allied Surveyors Scotland Plc, out of their Haddingon branch, came and undertook an EPC assessment which was required for a solar PV installation for Scottish Government funding.

Simon arrived on time on teh day of the appointment, was very courteous, very helpful and very knowledegable. Simon completed the assessment within a half an hour or so and the resulting EPC was issued within 24 hours.

Simon was asked to undertake a post installation EPC review and produce a further certificate which he did within 24 hours of being contacted.

We found the whole experience very efficient, great value for money, very friendly and a pleasure. We would have no hesitataion in recommending Simon Breeze and Allied Surveyors for future silimar work. Thanks very much

I have family connections with a 1903 family home which I lived in for 25 years. Simon Breeze cut through my romantic perspective of my home and focused on the key part of the visit. Which was to look at what needs to be done before I put the house on the market. Much of this is not black and white and judgement is required on what work I carry out versus what I will get back in enhanced sales price.
