Home report completed by Kevin from the Peebles office.
He was friendly, thorough and happy to discuss the ratings which he applied, to each area. Where work was needed he discussed what was required and was willing to return, free of charge, and check, thereby avoiding unnecessarily poorer scores that could be achieved.
