I've just purchased a bed from Furniture World and I must say the customer service was exceptional. The bed was in the sale and heavily discounted, a real bargain. On the plus side, they delivered it free.
As a real supporter of local companies, it's nice to get that personal touch. The staff always make you feel like your purchase matters. That's how I feel whenever I go in-store.

The choice, quality and value offered at Furniture World, Newquay is second to none, this backed up by incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff was a real bonus. We also had several deliveries and they were made by equally excellent members of staff.

A new bedroom suite that we ordered was delivered on time by friendly and efficient staff. They unwrapped the goods and took away all the wrapping. The room was left clean and tidy and looks exceptionally good with our new furniture in. I would recommend Furniture World of Redruth to anyone looking for new furniture. Their customer service is second to none.

I visited pretty much every furniture store in Cornwall and parts of Devon trying to find the perfect sofa for me. I could be classed as a very demanding customer as I had lots of specific requirements as I have a bad back.

During my visit to Furniture World Redruth I spent an awful lot of time getting up and down from each sofa, the staff were not intrusive and were there when I needed a tape measure or advice about fabric or a laugh etc.

Eventually after 2 visits within 24 hours I decided upon a clearance sofa and chair & it was delivered yesterday, less that 3 days after choosing and paying for it.

I am beyond thrilled as it means that I am at last comfortable sitting in my living room as my new furniture makes getting up and down less painful for me.

"Purchase of Adjustable Bed at Furniture World"

I was looking to purchase an adjustable bed and popped into furniture world. Sales consultant Judy Soanes offered her help. She was absolutely brilliant. She was able to answer all my queries confidently and gave me valuable advice. I was even offered coffee and biscuits whilst sorting out details. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She had excellent product knowledge and was both friendly and professional. An absolute asset to furniture world. I am hoping to buy a new settee soon and will certainly return to furniture world.

Sofas arrived faulty and service has not been good at all. I would not recommend buying sofas from this retailer and certainly will not be buying anything else from Furniture World.

Visited St Austell Furniture World today and purchased wardrobes and a headboard from Paul. He was very attentive and assisted us with our purchase, with nothing being too much trouble to sort out. We returned to see Paul at the St Austell branch as he has always been an excellent salesman to deal with when we purchased a bed and a three piece suite previously. Highly recommended company to deal with. First class service.

We visited the Truro store to buy our dining room furniture, we visited and looked at so many other stores but went back to the Truro branch.
The staff Olly and Steve were just amazing nothing was too much trouble, moving chairs around and rearranging the collections so we could start to see how it would look in our home.
Olly gave us a quote and we went back a few weeks later, the original quote was honoured, we ordered our furniture with Steve and couldn't wait for it to be delivered.
It arrived in good time and the delivery drivers were helpful and polite, unfortunately the cabinet was damaged, so I called the store and a new one was ordered no fuss at all.
I had photos and emailed them over, but there was no fuss at all.
We received our new unit, the old was taken away and the new one put together, we really couldn't of asked for more.
we then decided to decorate and re furnish our bedroom, there was only one place to go Furniture World Truro.
Again Steve helped us with our choices, let us try different mattresses and gave us valuable advice and ideas to ensure we brought the correct bed and mattress, we even brought pillows from them, which have made a big difference while we wait for our new furniture!
We really couldn't ask for more, the service is amazing and not pushy, great advice on all products not matter what your budget is.
This is so important when buying new furniture, as you don't want any one to push you towards a more expensive items but just want you want and what you need.
