Didn’t deliver the item. Was dishonest through process and had me waiting in person for 4 hours to only let me know in the end they would not be delivering. Do not recommend
Now proceeding to repayment but taking time

Went to look at mattresses at Plymouth Furniture world and was greeted politely by a salesman called George we explained what we were looking for and he went through the range with us. He left us alone to discuss between my wife and i but was helpful when we needed to ask some questions to help decide what we needed. He explained the delivery time and we bought a mattress. Thankyou George for all your help. Bought furniture from here before xmas and was given good service then as well.

had never heard of this company so I took a chance I did have a query when ordering and the phone was picked up straight away and my query answered
I ordered on the Wednesday and two days later it arrived extremely well packed
and I could track its route for delivery so conclusion I have no issues with company and I can recommend them

Bought a new bed via Ollie at the Truro store. First rate service - he listened to our requirements with a 'can do' attitude and we were very happy to make a purchase. Loved the fact that it is a local company rather than a nationwide chain. Bed delivered after only 2 weeks. We had been kept up to date with texts and phone calls along the way. The two chaps who made our elivery were excellent. They dismantled our previous wooden bed and took it away as well as assembling our new divan and taking away the packaging. Cannot praise Furniture World enough and have already recommended them.

I was served by Richard Glosby from the Truro branch. He was very patient and helpful. He explained in detail and unfolded the bed settee for me to see.
He concentrated on my needs and I had his full attention.
The bed settee was ready for delivery earlier than I expected. There was a delay with my carpet fitter but when he had a cancellation and carpet was laid earlier than expected there was no problem my delivery date was brought forward with no problem.
The 2 guys that delivered it were very friendly and helpful and explained again how it worked.
Overall a perfect smooth experience.
I would definitely recommend Furniture World to my friends.
