Delighted with my purchases with the quality and style and excellent customer service from the two chaps at the Plymouth store, friendly and helpful but not pushy, thankyou for that. After doing some market research, I came to Furniture World for my Orla Kiely sofa & snuggler as they beat their competitors by a decent margin.

During the waiting period for the furniture (~6 weeks to manufacture), I noticed the prices for both products had reduced a little, so I put an enquiry in to see if they could honour the new prices as I had yet to receive the product.

A shoutout to Zia from the online service team who handled my request not only super quickly but without pushback and a super friendly and professional manner.

My whole experience with Furniture world from start to end has been truly fantastic, they're really competitive in pricing (best I've seen) and I'll certainly be returning in future.
