It is so rare to find a tradesman who is reliable, competent, courteous, helpful and efficient. Richard and his team are all of these things! They turned up exactly when they said he would, did an excellent job, quicker than expected and with minimum disruption. The workmanship was good and Richard was careful to check everything was in working order and the system explained to us before they left. I would highly recommend them!

Richard Smith and his team did a tremendous job in assessing the shortcomings in my previous heating system and installing a superior replacement. He and his team were knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy, hard working and flexible—twice working outside normal hours to get the job done. They were also polite and considerate (taking shoes off, for example, without being asked, before going upstairs!).
Best of all, they installed a replacement boiler that does everything they promised, when they promised, for the price they promised.
Not the cheapest perhaps, but you get what you pay for and a first class installation, with an extended Bosch warranty, will give you peace of mind for years to come.
