Extremely helpful during initial phone call and then came out, made it out to me in heavy snow. My boiler had been playing up for a while and Richard both diagnosed the problem quickly (previous call out from another company had failed to do so) and fixed it quickly. Richard impressed us in every way when he first met with us to discuss changing our old back boiler to a new gas boiler. He spent a long time discussing how he would undertake the work, the various options and scoping it in full. He is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. His team have an incredible work ethic and work to a high standard. They packed up at the end of the day and when the project was completed they left the house cleaner than before they began. Above all else they were flexible, happy to work with and around other contractors, and adjust their schedule to fit in as our plans changed. I cannot fault Richard, Sam, Josh, Tom and the rest of the team in anyway. They were polite, friendly, and never missed an opportunity to go the extra mile.
