It took more time than it should have and my wasted time wasn't compensated with anything - not even apologies. Your company made 12.5% on processing forms and showed no urgency.

The paperwork for the PPP loan forgiveness and the application for the ERC's was too complicated for the average business owner to handle alone. The time and chance of error was just too high. Stenson Tamaddon did a great job and has really upped their game on communication with their clients. The fact that they have a way to stay on top of the paperwork with the IRS is a huge bonus.
