Had a really bad experience where they "forgot" to send one of the items and instead of helping me they kept sending me strange requests. Describing what was missing, making pictures of what I did receive, describing what I did receive and this went on for many emails. At long last I was fed up and told them to reimburse me for the missing item. I went and left a review somewhere and they responded that I would be reimbursed within the week. Surprise surprise: that didn't happen. If you look through the reviews you see they do this every now and then. So it's a bit of a case of luck or bad luck ordering with them. They will probably respond again with a lot of lies. That's just the way they operate. So my advice would be to stay clear of this shop.
