I recently bought a lovely triple pendant light from Amos Lighting for the dining table in my new flat. It arrived on time and was really well packaged. The fixture itself looked great, but after fitting it, I noticed a couple of very small scratches on two of the glass shades.

I contacted Amos support, and they responded quickly and professionally- sending out two replacement shades straight away. Really impressed with their customer service!

The new shades are now fitted, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend Amos Lighting for both their products and aftercare.
