There was a misunderstanding about the size of the lamps we ordered more due to BTC than to Amos. When I contacted Amos they were very helpful and agreed to fully refund the lamps which they did promptly as well as waiving the cost of return. I would definitely recommend them.

I had to travel over 25 miles to collect the parcel as my address could not be found for delivery. I would have had to pay£12 for a Saturday delivery. Could not be re delivered on a week day as no one in to receive it.
