Me llamaron a las 12 de la madrugada para activar mi cuenta, cuando le comente a la operadora que no me interesaba mas el servicio comenzo a llamarme repetidamente y a hostigarme con preguntas sin sentido sobre el porque no me interesaba mas el servicio

Ich versuche seit Wochen mein Konto aufzulösen. Alle E-Mails an den Support von excentral bleiben unbeantwortet dafür erhalte ich stündlich E-Mails mit einer Nachschussaufforderung. Ich will einfach nur mein Konto auflösen und keine Belästigungen seitens excentral mehr. Zum Glück habe ich "nur" EUR 500 investiert. Zudem habe auch ich die Erfahrung gemacht, dass gleich nach der Registrierung bei excentral der "Telefonterror" losging. Ich will mein Konto auflösen und keine E-Mails mehr!!!!! Was kann ich tun? Der Support antwortet nicht auf meine Mails!!! Zum Glück habe ich auf mein Bauchgefühl gehört und nicht noch mehr investiert. Hände weg kann ich nur jedem empfehlen!

Venho aqui falar sobre essa empresa que vem iludindo muitas pessoas, países a fora.
Ela le promete lucros absurdos com investimento inicial de 250 dólares, mas na realidade é só pra que você continue a fazer depósitos sem êxito em ganhos.
Quantos mais você faz depósitos, mais você se afunda, e eles continuam a le solicitar mais, pra recuperar as operações que sempre estão no negativo de que no positivo.
Não explicando o alto poder de risco em perdas, mas só promessas de ganhos que não existem. Não sei pra quem pois não vir pessoa aqui com elogios dessa empresa.
Perdi mais de 15.000,00 dólares com eles e estou quebrado e sem saber como vou pagar as minha contas, sem falar em dinheiro emprestado que peguei, pois os gatilhos mentais que eles utilizam são convincentes pra quem quer ganhar dinheiro fácil e pra quem já está perdendo seu capital investido.
Tem pessoas que acabaram com suas vidas por conta dessas empresa que só prometem falsos ganhos.
E podem até dizer que há pessoas ganhando, mas porquê não mostram se muitas pessoa que estão entrando só perdem e tudo que é feito através de orientações deles mesmo?
Logo vão pedir pra que eu entre em contato com eles, pra me esclarecerem e tentarem resolver meu problema. Mas será só conversa e solicitação de mais depósitos pra recuperação de capital investido.
Muito cuidado com essas empresas.

i didnt know that excentral is hardy one of the best CFDs brokers possessing a mobile app that never lag! im a fan of mobile apps and have no laptop or a pc so it’s been one of the revelations i believed to sign up at excentral. Regulated by CySec was another argument to invest my 2K usd. I also liked that i could trade crypto assets and stocks cuz im pretty good at these assets. In any case the thing i truly appreciate is that the sales behavior within the company is really focused on providing a client with the desired income.

This some up the company they sent me an email on the 6th May telling me that as of 16th April they will no longer provide services for UK clients.... So they told me 2-3 weeks after they'd stopped??

They are a fraud and lie on their replies on here and on their emails, please do not go near them I can't advise you strongly enough about how bad they are.... The same company that gave me 3 minutes notice about closing my account because I hadn't invested

Leider kann ich ich nur bestätigen, was meine Vorgänger berichtet haben.
Durch Anrufe wird man ständig dazu aufgefordert, mehr Geld zu investieren.
Seit Wochen versuche ich nun mein Konto zu schliessen und das Geld ausbezahlen zu lassen, ohne Erfolg.
Die "zuständige Abteilung", wie es in der email des supports (nicht für Auflösung zuständig) heisst vesucht lediglich, ein anderes Trading-Produkt zu verkaufen und weigert sich, eine Kontoauflösung durchzuführen.
Fazit: Einmal überwiesenes Geld ist verloren
