Order a sofa in dec thru ebay no communication no money back and they have just been suspended by ebay called auto parts this is the company I ordered thru and said they will call me back nothing as yet absolutely disgusted with service can I only I get a sofa not holding my breath escalated a dispute they paypal

Don't purchase from this company. Bought a sofa 11 months ago and it's changed from mink colour to bright pink. Shop says it's sun bleached, the sofa had just been in a lounge. Ok if sun did fade it you wouldn't expect shocking pink. Can't get anywhere with these cowboys. Small claims court pending.
PLEASE LOOK AT THE REVIEWS BEFORE EVEN VISITING THE PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE SHOCKING!!!

Glad to see the other negative reviews by this company that failed to get removed by the culprits. They didn't even know about this website until I mentioned it to them. They posted positive reviews on here from people who work/ worked for them to make themselves sound great.
The proof is in the pudding and the director just resigned by the look of it. They sell balsa wood framed furniture with stapled joins and cardboard supports. The suffered a law suit when it was discovered their some furniture was not fire graded or legal.
Bought my sofa in 2014. It collapsed in 3 months. They tried to blame my 2 and four year old for breaking our sofas. The customer rep I dealt with strung out the process for over 6 months offering me anything but a refund. Spoke to the director after the rep failed to do his job. The director said the rep had been fired and that he had 50 years experience in the business. BIG MISTAKE. His date of birth is listed online so when I said he had been in the business since he was 3 years old he fumbled his words to cover that doozie up.
Once I got my money back or as much as I could get back I rang back 4 months later to speak to the original rep who was fired. Surprise surprise. He still worked there. Do not deal with this company. They'd rather spend 8 months lying than 4 minutes fixing their mistake. They have 4 different websites. The courier and business are the same building if they tell you otherwise.
You have been warned.

Our sofas arrived damaged and not what we asked for, refused a refund even though they had collected the sofa from us 2 weeks ago! Had to go through the bank for our money back! Absolute nightmare and AWFUL customer service. Suzanne Dickinson who runs the business told us to goto trading standards! They are an absolute JOKE!!!! You get what you pay for...NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Absolutely shocking company, from the start was told 7 to 14 days delivery. 4 weeks later with numerous phone calls and no reply I had my sofas. Not only were they the wrong fabric but also no legs. Was offered a full refund or exchange by the director of the company she quickly said she would speak to her manager (son) his customer service skills are most defiantly something that needs help with as was the whole experience with this company. Completely blaming the manufacturer for their fault and denying any blame what's so ever. Then when my sofas were delivered not only did I have to pay delivery which wasn't expressed by them I also had to help carry the sofas in with him . Total shambles from start to finish. I would strongly advise against buying from here as their lies and deceit is totally out of order but as it's mother and son they back each other. Record everything as I did for your own protection

Poor communication. 4 seater and 3 seater cushion pads are different thicknesses. No reply to resolve the situation but quick to take the sale and the cash!!@!

Terrible customer service, repeated delivery of incorrect items and no apologies! Two months after payment and over 25 calls (with only one call back) I still don't have the item I paid for. NEVER use this company.

"Bad customer service"
Placed an order on the 9th feb, and was advised that the order would take 3 to 4 weeks. I am now on week 5 and despite numerous texts and phonecalls, i am still not in receipt of my new sofas, or and expected date of delivery. I am having to chase for updates. I wouldn't recommend using this company.
