Unfortunately didn't have a great experience when moving house. Damage to my dining table, dining bench and Tripp suitcase. Was offered £50 off the cost of the move but that's considerably lower than any of the replacement values of the furniture - and was met with hostility on the phone when discussing.

From start to finish, the entire process was simple and stress free. They helped me move from London to Edinburgh, picking everything up one evening and delivering it the next evening – perfectly on schedule.

The mover was incredibly kind, professional, and friendly, making what could have been a stressful move an absolute breeze. He handled everything with care ensuring all my belongings arrived safely.

The communication was great and they provided an excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Very happy with the service provided by Budget Removals. Our man with a van turned up on time, kept in good communication and helped us with some quite difficult manoeuvring of heavy furniture - and all of this was during Storm Darragh as well!

"Smooth transition from house to storage…"

Smooth transition from house to storage unit then to take unwanted items to dispose of.
Lovely guys arrived early but were happy to wait until the agreed time to load up the van.
They were fun caring and respectful.
I wish I'd used them when I moved house last year as that would have been a happier experience.
Would definitely recommend for excellent service at a fair price.
