"I need medical cannabis to alleviate…"

I need medical cannabis to alleviate neuropathic pain, which I contracted courtesy of an incompetent GP. Because of the idiot government guidelines I have to pay for "consultations" from Sapphire Clinic to prescribe the "dangerous" drug cannabis. Sapphire use a hopeless company called Curaleaf Pharmacy to fulfil prescriptions. Curaleaf recently had "an IT upgrade" which has meant I've been waiting in pain for weeks for my prescription. Curaleaf Pharmacy don't give a damn and are in my opinion not fit for purpose.

UPDATE 4th April
I have FINALLY received my order from Curaleaf, so we will see how things proceed. Nevertheless, my criticism of their inefficiency remains.

"Minor teething issues have snowballed"

Have been using for over a year and had minor teething issues up until recently. Teething issues before would be it was unpredictable of how long it would take from ordering a repeat prescription to delivery by a few days.

Recently I had 2 repeat medications ordered and as usual I got the payment link for each separately. I had one delivered 3 days after payment the other 5 business days after payment.

This time around I've heard my prescription is out of stock despite paying for it a week ago. I used online chat yesterday and was told they would be dispatched 1-5 days after payment. I've still heard nothing so I've called to try to get an update. 2 calls around 3pm and was not even placed in a queue due to "no available agents". 20 minutes later I tried calling and after being on hold for 20 minutes received the same message of "no available agents" and hung up on. I'm on my 3rd call now as my last 20 minutes on hold for the 2nf time ended in the same way.

Worst business I have ever dealt with. Constant lies from their employees. Wait over 3 weeks for delivery after they have taken monies. Now doing a chargeback because they donot answer the phone or reply towmails

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

Slow at dealing with prescription requests and very often out of stock when they finally get around to processing things.

Clearly associated with sapphire medical which in turn brings the service received by them down!

Terrible customer services and very slow with replies to email.

AVOID!

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!"

Absolutely appalling customer service. I have twice been pushed via a phone call to accept items with an impending expiry date. Trying to contact this company is IMPOSSIBLE. The voice message kept me hanging on the phone for an hour stating I was no 1 in the queue and that they were receiving a high volume of calls. Clearly not !! I was no 1 in the queue the entire time. Numerous emails and repeated phone calls remained unanswered resulting in an unsuitable prescription being dispatched. I was then informed that £270 could not be refunded. I now have to resort to chargeback or ultimately court action. As a matter of principle it is morally wrong to make customers suffer because the company do not have customer service advisors. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!
UPDATE*** Still waiting for a refund despite cancelling by email before dispatch and refusing delivery ! Why they expect you to accept medication that expires three months before it can be administered at the said dosage is beyond appalling. Patient safely is clearly being put at risk. I am amassing a huge number of complaints and intend to pursue this. If you have a complaint you can send it to the General pharmaceutical council.

"Terrible experience"

Terrible experience. So bureaucratic, always different people answering emails.

They are happy to send controlled substance to an old address where strangers can take and use it, but they can not change address in a system without government approved letter which could take weeks if not months to be delivered. I tried to explained that lodgers have very limited ways of proving address (no name on bills or council tax), but it felt on a deaf ear.

It’s so difficult to deal with them, that I’m considering changing my clinic just because curaleaf are their chosen provider.

"Bad service"

In general, Curaleaf is an awful company.

If you need help with anything, be prepared to wait for hours on the phone for days on end, while you're stuck in their "queuing" system. Which often randomly disconnects you after you've waited an hour...

You can try emailing them, but it's 50:50 whether they EVER reply. If they do, they will always only respond to the 1st sentence you wrote, and it will always be to fob you off. Often, they tell you to contact your clinic... who tell you to contact the pharmacy...

Good luck if you ever need a refund becausfor any reason - you'll have to do a chargeback with your card provider, as apparently legally they don't have to refund you for any reason. And they use that as the party line.

And service is slooooooow, usually taking 5-10 days, but sometimes weeks. In this day and age (and especially when you can get NDD for almost any drug on the black market!), it's nowhere near good enough.

They clearly run a false queuing system - I was number 2 in the queue for 25minutes - I queued for nearly an hour, and noone answered.

They don't respond to my emails either.
