"Terrible company"

Terrible company. Everytime you call you are number 24 in the queue. I feel it is a tactic to reduce telephone customer service. The minimum waiting time is an hour and half. After my consultation with my cannabis doctor it has taken over 2 weeks for my order to be attempted to be delivered.

They delivered it to my old address that some one opened and used my prescription but they can not send to my new address because of safety reasons. So it's safe to let a random person smoke a controlled substance but it's not OK to send it to the address I live at. The cannabis is irradiated and mid level quality at best. No terpenes and no love bud.
