Slow identification process! I've never known a casino take this long with requesting and accepting documents. No emails to request I'd after stopping my withdrawal and locking my account. No emails to say they have received my documents. After I got on chat I received one email from them requesting more identification. my account has been locked for over two weeks now everything they have asked for sent in.
