"Horrible Quality"

First of all my quilt did not come in the time that it stated it would. Second, when I got the quilt, it was too small for my bed. I sent pictures to the company to show the error and hopefully get it fixed but they never got back to me. The quality of this quilt is horrible!. I would not buy from this company again.

"Bought a Houston Rocket floor rug from…"

Bought a Houston Rocket floor rug from Dreamrooma for $130+. Product was cheaply made and the color was more pink than red as shown in their webpage. I contacted company by email and was told they could not offer refund unless product was damaged. So much for standing by the quality of the product you sell. Will not do business with them again and hope you don’t either.

"This rug did not seem worth the money…"

This rug did not seem worth the money to me, although my grandson loves it. It took way too long to get here. Even though it stated the timing, I just thought the company would have tried to rush a bit for the holidays. If anything, it seemed to take an xtra day or two. I believe this rug was ordered November 30, 2023.

"I don't recommend this company"

Update: I was contacted by the company, but not to help fix the problem or offer good customer service. It was for me to leave a 4 or 5 star review, if the give me $40 (30% of what i paid). That ticked me off. This wasn't a bad experience in a restaurant, it was a gift for my child, that I was excited about, and completely let down. I would have adjusted my rating had I received a genuine email wanting to help. That would have been based on customer service at that point. But, that didn't happen, only tried to buy a rating.

When the product you ordered and spent a whole lot more money on, does not arrive in the time frame promised, that's bad business. It sat in NY for nearly 2 weeks before actually shipping to me. And, you do not get any form of update that your product won't arrive in time. Doesn't make it better that my kid didn't like the rug and it's now folded and sitting. I've no idea what to do with it. I can't even return it. That ticks me off more. The quality is not good. It feels like a kitchen memory foam mat that you put in front of your sink, but thinner. My review would be better if the company actually excepted returns when their product did not meet expectations, and stood by their product. Can't even resell it for anything close to what I paid.
Read the fine print on everything before purchasing and read the negative reviews. I swear the positive ones were not real.
