I had a great experience with a rug purchased. Unfortunately, the delivery driver dropped it to the wrong address but the customer support at Dreamrooma were amazing at helping me track down the package. The homeowner apparently dropped the package off at the community post boxes and was subsequently stolen from there. Dreamrooma helped me locate my package and worked with me on a replacement. I never had to wait for a reply email, they were very courteous and generous. I absolutely will do business with them again. Shipping time was much faster than anticipated as well so that's another bonus!
