"I spent 230$ on a rug"

I spent 230$ on a rug. The material was so cheap. I tried to return it but they wanted me to pay for shipping. After I had already payed for fast shipping that took 2 weeks.

"Not a traditional rug"

The rug is not a traditional, woven rug, but more like a printed, cushiony material. That said, it works and looks good.

"Never again"

Never again. The customer service rep was very condescending and they wouldn’t help me with a refund. I felt the item was described poorly, and after going back and forth many times via email, sending many pictures, etc. I was told no and given a coupon. I would not recommend purchasing from them. I received an email that my item was delivered when it was not. The shipping process took way longer than expected only to be disappointed. If I could give no stars I would have selected that.

"Fraud"

This company is fraudulent and in Vietnam. Read the reviews -- poor quality, restrictive cancellation policies, extreme long times for shipping, many people never get their item ordered.

"It’s all fine"

The fabric is soft, and acceptable thin for a washable rug. It came vacuum sealed, so there were many creases. So I washed/dried it. Creases got better, might be better to wash than lay flat to dry.

Super cute and soft, not too thick but my kid loves the anime character on it. It’s worth the pay.

The rug is a great addition to my living room. Once my son spilled coke but remained no stain after washing. The design is also customized, so impressed to see how it was resembled. It has passed my quality test!!

The latest purchase i made, they said there was some manufacturing error and support me all the way for a replacement one. After received this rug from the new batch they said, I am in love!! It looks way better, thicker and more beautiful when set in the playroom. Does have a smell but I’m sure it’ll fade after times as other reviews have said.

"Recommend this rug"

I will say I’m impressed. I have 3 puppies and washability is beyond important to me. It has my favourite color emerald and after 2 times of washing it still remain the same. Its soft, thin (like most washable rugs) and actually stays in place.

As all I anticipated, this pattern matches my aesthetic. So it brightened the space and made the bathroom harmonious. Also they provide a timely customer service that consulted me with this customized design. Love!
