The website was easy to navigate and had many options to choose from.
I rated it a 4, only due to the trouble with entering the address for the recipient. The city and province were auto populated and didn't allow me to change it. I hope they get to where they are supposed to.

easy to get from one page to the next and easy to choose and purchase. As it turned out, what was delivered was totally different from what I chose. Because of this I am extremely disappointed and have altered my rating from a 5 to a 2. I did not choose hydrangeas and that’s what was delivered. I chose roses plus other flowers.
