Had an employee messaging me threatening to harm my children and when messaged via Facebook they blocked me he was also saving photos of my children and saying they looked like they have brain tumours and cancer and all they did was block me and not take action against their vile staff do not use this company

I had a bad experience with Brooknight Manager Sarah at Corby. She is quite rude and lacks respectful communication skills. She behaves as if she owns everything and treats her colleagues as if they are her servants. She constantly tries to prove others wrong and is highly uncooperative. I strongly discourage working with her, as she only supports her own people and does not foster a collaborative work environment.

The security Guar was so rude, and would not listen to complaint, also was not wearing, a SIA Badge. He kept waving me away, and would not answer any questions, kept saying, he only works weekends!!!!

"No PPE supplied by employer."

Brooknight took over the contract I am on In April 2022 , I touped over from the previous company , it’s now October and Brooknight have not supplied uniform and refused to supply the correct PPE , such as Hard toe capped boots 🥾.
They are now onto the 5th contracts manager in 8 months .
There are some positives though , I can’t think of them right at this moment.

The only reason I'm giving a 5 is cause of AJ who knows what Hes Doing as an area manager. he's Kept me On Straight path since he has become my area manager where as no other manager has done so very polite and friendly and always does what he says #AManOfHisWords Control always helpful always there when needed

I joined three months ago. I was recommended by a friend. I was in need of a job and I relocated to my current position. My current manager AJ accommodated me as a relief officer. Since then I have been given a full time job in my current store. The challenges in this store where things I have not done before. In three months I have been trained to the highest level of ASCONE and shown multiple times how to apply. This has increased my knowledge and experience to Where we as a team have gained excellence awards. All in three months .If you are looking to Excel and learn in this field, I strongly recommend joining Brooknight. And whether you are experienced or have none at all like I did.

I have been working for brooknight over 4month without an a issue. Its great company to start work as retail security where they teach you step by step of ASCONE and how to apply it. Our manger AJ is always giving us support and training so we do our best at the premises. 4 stars given as I have been fined twice which I don't agree with but it is my own fault for not calling in to advise I will not be in for work with prior notice, all these bad reviews should be detailed to why you was fined and hold a grudge. By far the best company and manager I've had, also I am trained daily by my supervisor Tariq, supervisor is trained twice a week by are area manager AJ.

I have been with brooknight for 2 years, i joined as one of my family was already working for Brooknight, i had zero expiriance, i was given my now managers contact, i was interviewed the same day, i was given maximum support and help with the application process, brooknight office supported me thruout the onboarding. I started as a guard in Walthamstow my manager AJ trained me.

I have recently been promoted to a supervisors position in Luton again with the help and support from Brooknight, AJ is the best manager i have ever had in the history of all companies i have worked for previously. if you are a person who wishes to climb the ladders and excel in this field i strongly recommend joining Brooknight,

"7 months with Brooknight"

I joined Brooknight in February, I was very hesitant at first as it was my first time in security and I did not have the skills or the. Knowledge of what I was doing.

From the day I Joined Brooknight I have been giving training weekly by my Manager AJ,

From the basics of logbooks and incident reporting to the knowledge of civil recoveries and ASCONE, no stone has been left untouched.

Just like I started as a guard initially I was promoted to a BSO, I cover the whole area meeting different clients and staff on a daily basis, I love my job, Brooknight are definatly the right company to join if you are willing to excel in Security.
