I recently purchased my car from Evolve and from start to finish the process was faultless. I was kept updated with the progress of my purchase and found the team to be very friendly. I’d like to give a special mention to Drew who is a credit to the company.

"Would not recommend"

We purchased a car from Evolve a few months ago, believing we were in good hands based on what we thought we knew about the dealership. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. The vehicle we bought turned out to have structural damage. After having it inspected by two independent mechanics, both confirmed that the car appeared to have been involved in a collision. They also stated that the structural repairs underneath should have caused it to fail its MOT — yet somehow, Evolve had passed it.

We returned the car within a week of purchase, but then had to chase the dealership repeatedly to get our money back. Evolve initially claimed they had processed the refund, but that turned out to be untrue. It wasn’t until we threatened further action that the refund was finally issued — despite having paid for the car in full.

To make matters worse, we’ve since seen the same vehicle back up for sale, with no mention of the structural damage. It is a shame as we thought highly of this dealership before this experience.

Nick was fantastic through the whole buying process. Gave a great insight to the car and all things involved the it. I traveled 3 hours to collect the car and all agreed areas were as expected. Communicated well and made the purchase very easy. Went above and beyond expectations and couldn’t recommend him enough!
