"Delivery Charge High, for the size and weight of the items"

I needed a C Clip to replace a broken one for securing a radiator side panel. I purchased 2 @ £1.33 each. This was reasonable but I was surprised at the delivery charge of £5.01, which was less reasonable, given the size and weight of the plastic clips. I was also slightly miffed that the clips were placed down the side of the one of one of the layers of bubble lining in the mailing envelope, instead of between the 2 protective layers. Having said this, this the clips arrived safely and quickly, and did the job, but the "priority" mailing, and cost of it, was not required.

Regarding online shopping and delivery experience as per my review given to courier same as ! Both guys polite and professional, asked where we wanted it leaving in home and then promptly carefully placed it. Rang ahead to come early. Great experience from Courier although we had never heard of the firm. We had a look but inside box without unwrapping or unpackaging and seems in order although Manufacturer did not seem to include a loose Docket so if anything missing will be missed until Plumber notices so not happy with Manufacturer fully but seems brand new and in order. Seems good quality hopefully undamaged and all bits, value, size and shape good. Found this and 2 other manufacturers for this exact size as we have limited shape to fit onto hallway as doors all close together. Myson was too wide wrong shape and other firms aside from Stelrad or Myson had poor reviews for basic not too modern radiators. Firm gave 14years warranty and hope eventually if Plumber gets here won't be told missed timeframe to say if bits missing we are not technical people or DIY sorts so is a worry :( EDIT: Stelrad Team got in touch calling me up to make sure we made sure all was included and fully examine product. Yes all in order they've vouched, although no docket their website itemises. Would be better to provide picture of inclusions like Krad but Stelrad's reputation is much higher ! Pleased with contact from Stelrad ensuring all well and offering to make good if had not been 100% but it was 100%

Well it was third time lucky! Sadly the standard of the finish on our radiators order was not as expected on two occasions. However the customer service handled our issues extremely well, arranging collection and replacements to be sent. At each stage the CS Team could not have been more apologetic and ensured the third delivery of radiators were personally (by Paul) QC checked to ensure the standard expected.

"Stelrad Radiators"

I recently received a couple of orders from Stelrad. One for two standard radiators, and one for one of their cast iron radiators.
There was a broken clip on one of the standard radiators. I contacted Stelrad about this and they promptly sent out replacements.

The cast iron column radiator is a super product. Looks great, in bronze colour and adds style to the room.
