"Needed some bits "

Needed some bits for the covers on a few of my radiators, quick on linexsearch took me to the Stelrad website where I was able to identify the parts I needed and ordered the quantity I needed plus a few spares. Placed my order but realised that I had forgotten something. Quick call to an advisor, and these were added to my order with no charge! Fantastic customer service!!!

The product was good. It arrived on time as stated in the confirmation email. Boxed with no damage. We have used them before and had no problems. Slightly confusing as there are different names for the same radiator.

Over the last 4 orders of soft line radiators 30 rads in total 4 grills have been faulty prior to painting and talking to stelrad is a waste of time. It does make you wonder if they actually have a quality control?

Have replaced all the radiators in my house now for Stelrad make . The last was a compact for the bedroom they look great fitting close to the wall & gives plenty of heat . Service was excellent from ordering to fast delivery. Good packaging but this was the first one arriving with paint damage on the two top corners, didn’t notice till I’d fitted it . Touch up paint will fix the problem.

After initial problems trying to order the radiator online, I phoned Stelrad and was informed they had computer problems.
After managing to order the item online later that day I was kept fully informed regarding the delivery process.
Radiator was exactly as described.
Quality is excellent and the radiator is performing better than anticipated.
Would recommend.
