I was offered a really good price compared to all the other places I checked. It's always scary to send your expensive MacBook in a post, but everything went very smoothly. I posted it myself and the next day I received a confirmation e-mail that they received my laptop. One week later they let me know that because my battery needs changing they can offer me a price which is 95£ lower than before. I accepted the offer, as it was still a pretty good deal and I received the money in my bank account on the same day. Overall, I had a really good experience.
