It’s always a bit nerve-wracking sending one’s beloved computer to a third party but on this occasion everything worked fine. I can’t recommend Mac Buy Back enough. The MBP was collected on the Friday. On the Monday morning, I received an email confirming receipt of the laptop. I then did not hear anything further for 6 working days when I received another email confirming the completion of the sale. I then checked my bank and found the correct deposit had been made. The prices they quote are excellent and they paid what was originally offered.
