Pire ! On doit demander des mouillettes et le vendeur doit nous faire sentir, avec son regard qui ne nous lâche pas, vive la liberté de sentir ce que l’on souhaite, tranquillement et à notre rythme … vous nous prenez aussi la main jusqu’à la caisse ?
C’est dommage, vous avez des fragrances d’exception, mais cette manière de faire est horrible, ne recommande pas.

" my recent experience…"
I wanted to share my recent experience at your store, which, unfortunately, was quite disappointing. The staff was neither friendly nor welcoming, and I felt judged just for being there. When I asked about a specific perfume and whether it was available as Eau de Parfum, the staff member responded in a condescending manner, implying that I was mistaken, and only mentioned it was available as Eau de Toilette. While I understand that you may only carry one form, this response felt dismissive.
Additionally, I was disappointed with the coffee beans you offer. If you sell perfumes, I believe you should provide fresh coffee beans for customers to refresh their senses. The beans were so stale that I couldn’t use them to clear my olfactory senses while testing fragrances.
Another point I’d like to raise is regarding your gift certificates. I was unaware that they could only be used online, so it would be helpful to clearly inform customers about this before they make a purchase. It’s frustrating that this wasn’t made clear. Lastly, when I made an online purchase, it was mentioned that I would receive two free samples, but unfortunately, I did not receive them.
I also wanted to mention that the delivery experience was quite frustrating. Instead of receiving an email, I was contacted by phone by someone who only spoke French, not English. The conversation was unpleasant, and I had to change my delivery address from my home to my office, as they were unable to deliver at a later time.
The only positive aspect of my experience was the perfume I chose, and I was pleased with the packaging, which was done well.
Overall, I regret to say that I have no desire to return to the store, and I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
