Ordered a pregnancy pillow. After waiting a couple of weeks with no sign of the order I clicked on hermes tracking system to be informed they had attempted to deliver my item 3 times.... Each time was a working day and I had no prior warning of which day they would attempt to deliver so could not make arrangements to be home. Hermes left no contact details at any point so I could not contact them to rearrange delivery. I contacted Love 2 sleep and explained the situation. They advised that customers cannot arrange a specific time or date for delivery with hermes and that my order would be cancelled and I would be refunded. It has been a waste of time on my part - I feel Love 2 Sleep should review who they use for deliveries as the service fell far short.
