Worst company ever, used through Amazon..
Item never arrived, used every excuse its Amazon's fault, are you sure you've not had it, is it outside, have neighbours got it etc etc..I paid for postage, for their courier..
Then I have to proof it's not arrived, no photos of their courier, there own tracking said its lost...
Complete joke STAY AWAY...!!!!
in my opinion I believe they never sent the item, hoping that I wouldn't chase it up and complain, and then they make it as hard as possible fir you to get a full refund, hoping you will give up...They then make money from us..

"BLOOD ON DUVET, DISGUSTING"
DISGUSTING! would give no stars if I could! Ordered 3 duvets (2 singles and 1 double) all came without hygiene packaging, no care labels, but it gets worse... 1 single duvet came with BLOOD STAINS!!! Contacted love2sleep stressing out the situation only to receive very blaze, rude, patronising and insulting reply. They do not think sending a BLOOD STAINED DUVET is a big issue. Offered a replacement duvet or refund, NO APOLOGY and they do not think this is a health and safety risk of any kind. All the points raised in my email were dismissed and went unanswered, I do not understand how they think it's acceptable. A week on and still waiting for resolution... waiting... waiting...

Childrens duvet received without a single safety or materials label attached to it despite advertising photo clearly showing 2 labels in the product. Contacted them but they are not interested in understanding parental concern, apology or replacement item, just a cold rude defensive message from them that i should believe it is safe because they say so and to research their company to prove it. Truly shocking response with zero safety awareness or understanding a customers concern.

"Disgusting Seconds -"
I did not even want to give 1 star but had to otherwise would be unable to move on to the next stage! I ordered 2 x single duvets and 1 doubles. The singles were split and taped up with fabric fraying everywhere and the double so bad I cant even talk or type!. One of the singles was a topper, a topper! my grandbabies cannot use the products. You may say, well you bought seconds', to me seconds = slight tear, stitched wrongly etc. What I was sent should have been sit to the dump, which I will have to do, so I was sent RUBBISH instead of seconds

Bought two 2.5 tog duvets from this company,admit they weren’t very expensive at £10 pounds each for a double but what I received you would not give houseroom to! Cheap and very nasty . The stitching on both had come unstitched so no stoping the filling from clumping together. No labels for makers name, care instructions/ washing advice, nothing to tell you what made of.
I asked the company if they were fire retardant as they look as if they would melt instantly at the look of a flame.
They never gave me an answer for this.
I asked for money back they said send pictures which I did, they then came back saying only one duvet was faulty which I disputed.
Happy to return these but not happy to pay postage as I have spent enough time trying to reach out to the firm and not happy to spend another penny on these terrible items.
I honestly couldn’t give these away 😬

Bought a coverless duvet in charcoal and grey. Arrived in a battered box held together by reams of cellotape. The cellophane wrapper was not new, it was not sealed and the duvet was definitely not charcoal, but a brown mocca. Shockingly different than the website photo or picture on the box. I contacted the company and sent photos. They said they might have sent the wrong item, but were very keen on me keeping it. I returned via RM 2nd class at nearly £10. They then said that they would only refund a max £6 postage - if the item proved faulty. At no time did I say it was faulty, it was just mis sold with the colour description. I got a refund of the item but no refund of postage. Company stated item was correctly described and no refund was being given for postage. They were sorry I just didn’t like it! Shocking company, shocking customer service. Shocking attitude and treatment of a new (and never returning) customer.
