Bought two duvets from here via Amazon marketplace and they arrived in one parcel with a plastic bag wrapping which was damaged on arrival. We inspected the duvets through the damaged wrapping and found very poor quality products, poorly manufactured and not worth buying. Have bought better quality dog bedding. Notified Amazon and they authorised the return and emailed a label.... I subsequently found it to not be prepaid and had to pay to return it. £8+ via post, £4.20via Hermes... Hermes was picked as I don't believe i will get refund of postage and as the duvets cot £22+postage I would be greatly out of pocket using the post.
Would never recommend this seller to anyone as I tried 5 times to contact via phone and resorted to email. No response so contacted via Amazon and now wait baited breath to see what happens No great hopes.... Be warned.

I’ve purchased a king size quilt from love2sleep and when it was delivered and opened I’m so disappointed with it instead of being rolled like duvets are in a nice tight bag this was all squashed into a dirty torn bag before being put in a delivery bag it’s obvious someone has sent back and no one probably checked it then sent to me I’ve complained to them asking for another and told them the problem they replied take a picture of how it was delivered I said I can’t as I’ve already opened it that’s how I saw condition of it so they replied because I’ve not taken photo nothing they can do about it so I’m stuck with someone else’s quilt I’d never buy from them again
