Went back on a bike offer they had going after taking my deposit and now will not refund my deposit or give me the bikes which were promised.
The least helpful staff I have ever dealt with.

I orderd my bike over a week ago not heard anything off the couriour has to when it's being delivered and when I got in touch with your selvesto be told it's with the couriour which there's no information from last tuesday on the tracking system so I'm wondering am I going to get this bike

I first came across Eskuta whilst browsing for a more efficient way of commuting to work due to working further away from home. I wanted to still remain as green as possible, and wanted to buy from a company with the customer service to match the quality of the bike, and decided on Eskuta. The fact that I then got a discount for being a key worker was a welcomed added bonus! From my initial payment through to my final payment, I was able to have a sole contact Sara, who I could contact at anytime and she’d answer any questions I had wether it was about the bike or payment instalments. I’m looking forward to the bike being delivered and making my commute that much easier!

"Fantastic customer service"

The managing director went out of his way to get my new bike delivered in time for Christmas. A few weeks ago I contacted them about how to replace the front light bulb with an LED one. Instead of telling me what to do, they sent me an LED bulb in the post free of charge. I have rarely encountered such amazing customer service. I really like the bike, it handles well and accelerates to top speed quickly. The battery doesn't like the cold so have been bringing it in the house to charge which is easy to do (although the battery is quite heavy). So far, couldn't be happier in choosing Eskuta to start my electric transport journey.
