Avoid Eskuta at all costs!
NEVER Pay them in advance as they will use your money for their business purposes and cancel your deal and then make you beg them for months and months to return your money.
They done Business with our 20k and after 5 months they cancelled the order and their excuse was our ex employee had given you a cheap deal that is loss for their company.
We placed an order of 40 e-bikes on 25 October 2023 and we were told that the only reason they are giving this price if we pay them 20k in advance for the order.
On 26 October 2023 we transferred ESKUTA LTD £20000.- and one of their other employee Kacey B updated the invoices with the confirmation of the payment received & according to the contract deal was that they will start delivering the e-bikes in January 2024 once they get their new container delivered in December 2023.
From January 24 to February 24, we would call them every week for the delivery of our e-bikes and they were telling us that the container is still not here so they can not deliver the e-bikes to us yet.
After sending many emails and calls, Ian & Clare finally called us on 13/03/2024 and told us that they want to cancel this deal as they were not aware of this deal, maybe Clare was not aware but I am pretty sure that Ian was well aware as It is impossible that Ian and their other employees were unaware of the deal as we were sent confirmation emails and also because as the Director of Eskuta, Ian used our 20k which was transferred to his company since October 2023. This is not a small amount that Ian and co were unaware of since October 2023 until March 2024 and they didn't check the emails and invoices that were emailed to us as a confirmation. When we were calling them, we were speaking to different member of their staff regarding the delivery of our e-bikes so they were all aware.
What is the director and Managers job if they are not aware of the company deals for 5 months and receiving an amount of 20k? Is this some type of a joke?
The email we have received from Michael at Eskuta with the deal/contract Kacey B was CC to that email, and we have received email of the invoices from Kacey’s email her self confirming the payment received to them.
They could have cancelled the deal much earlier and refunded our money but they didn’t and used our 20k for their business purposes.
We believe that they were not honest with us and the reason of not refunding our money on time could be that they were in debt and tricked us to make this deal so they can receive 20k from us to take the burden off the expenses that they probably had and to do business with our money to expand their business, otherwise why would you keep our 20k for so long?
After many months when we finally got hold of Ian and Clare on 13/03/2024, they confirmed that they want to cancel the deal and I requested them for an immediate refund of our 20k but they disappeared and after several calls and emails they started refunding in instalments of £5000.- on 18/03/24 and an other £5000.- on 26/03/24.
We paid them 20K and expected a full refund of 20k as we did not agree refunds of 5k instalments that they were paying us.
They were refunding our money in instalments like they were doing some type of favour to us after keeping our 20k for over 5 months. We emailed and called both Ian and Clare for weeks after weeks for the remaining balance to be refunded but they would not reply and were lying to us everytime we got hold of them. There were empty promises and no refund.
After the 10k we received, they did not refund us for months for the remaining 10K and they avoided replying to our emails or speaking to us on the phone.
We were left with no choice other than to apply to the court for our refund and they finally agreed and paid us the last payment on 31/07/2024. It took them 9 months to refund our 20k with the help of the court.
Avoid them at all cost! They are a bunch of liars and they use your money to expand their business and kill your business.
They are so unprofessional that they did not even bother to apologise or offer a compensation after everything they made us go through for 9 months.
I left a negative review as it is my legal right and they threatened me with legal action, I am not a lawyer so I might have made a mistake in the review but now I have amended my review a little without any emotions.
Instead of apologiseing to us for the wrong doings that they did for over 9 months, they feel that it is best to threaten us with legal action over a negative review, which shows what type of people they are and who you are dealing with.
AVOID AT ALL COST!

I got my SX250 from Eskuta.
Kacey and her team have been ever so supportive and helpful around arranging payments and ordering new parts. I have had zero problems with the bike. My bike has around 800 miles now since the 9th of May and it's still running as I imagined it. I use it daily to travel across my city and it's not let me down!
I have had amazing customer service throughout the arranging the order and also when it comes to aftercare. They are always very friendly and helpful over the phone and via email.
Thank you for your amazing service and I will continue to be supporting this!

Guys don't waste your money on these rubbish bikes.
I was told by the sales team the bike will do between 40-50 miles on a full battery so I bought three bikes and non of it do 10 miles on a full battery. It's a scum
Once you get the bike then they don't want to know.

If I could put zero stars I would, STAY AWAY! I’ve had a bike from them for less than 2 years and had no end of problems with it. I have also bought a new battery from them multiple times and had there engineers out to fix it countless times. Their customer service is awful and there guarantee which states covers up to 1 year OR 8000km is a load of rubbish and they do not make good of this claim. You should not have to spend so much money on a bike that is less than 2 years old, don’t waste your money on them in the first place!!!

Bought a bike on a hire contract ....
Long short story after Lees then couple of weeks ... contact them to arrange another payment plan as bike got stolen ...
They demand full payment immediately...
Trying to explain that isn't possible... hung up straight away ....
I've sent them several emails ... no reply ....
When they finally reply ...
They issued me a new invoice for 1000+ ... phoned them .... same story full payment required...
When I said I'm happy to pay 200 a week till its covered in full .... again hung up ....
Few months later after no contact from them and several emails sent ....
They put a ccj on me 😅😅😅 contact them again to pay ....
Surprise...
They issued another invoice for 1500£ .... blocked my acces to online portal ... where you can download all invoices and payments ...
When tried to get in touch again ....
Same thing ... no reply ...on emails which obviously can be used as proof in case of something....
Now again few months got another ccj with second invoice. ....
Worst is ... never got any documentation from court so they must be manipulate the paperwork and send to who knows where ....
Sent them an email over 1 month ago to ask for their DPO CONTACT DETAILS....
NO REPLY !!!! TERRIBLE....
now I'm back to court to get the ccj removed as there is no co-operative side from them ....

"COMPANY BREAKS GDPR"
At first I thought highly of ESKUTA and what they are doing for the future. I had an ESKUTA myself for a little while and at first I thought it was ok until I realised how much of a con it was. They say a range of 50miles average and they don’t even do half of that, I was stranded with a 50kg bike to push home for 5 miles. If you want real reviews and all the problems people have with them then join the Facebook page and see for yourselves. May I also add that today 1/2/24 they breached GDPR LAW and disclosed personal information about 76 people including myself over emails to the 76 recipients. They tried to blame it all on me when I replied to an email. They have also defamed my character. This will be getting took further.

"Bad experience....After sale"
On receiving my eskuta,delivery driver Karl was really helpful, kind and polite, he went through everything on arrival.
I would have to give this company 1 star upowouldn meeting Michael in sales when I purchased. After sale I have contacted trough email, WhatsApp and phone he ignored me and no answer my questions, unhappy about that.
