On receiving my eskuta,delivery driver Karl was really helpful , he went through everything on arrival.
I would have to give this company 5 stars upowouldn meeting Michael in sales , customer service Matt, and katie , they all dealt with anything i required ,and real assured me, on trying out my new bike I was amazed quick the bike was, at first but the rains came so put pay to me enjoyment today.

The Eskuta sx-250 series iii is a brilliant e-bike. There’s no other product like this in the United Kingdom. I did some research on e-bikes and kits. I came across the Eskuta. I did some research on this and found that it’s so brilliant design that I had to have one. The styling is amazing it’s got all the features that I wanted and more.
I’m Ron and used to work at Rolls Royce as a Instrument Mechanic. There every had to be perfect. Your product is perfect.
I would like to thank all the staff at Eskuta. I had the Eskuta on Friday and now it’s Tuesday. I have done 17 miles so far. All the best from Ron Jones.

I'm incredibly impressed by the high quality of engineering put into this product.
Having retailed an electric sit on scooter myself in the 90's I'm pleased with how good the eskuta series 3 performs in all weather.
Having chosen the high to own option, I'm delighted with the high level of customer service I've received from the team at eskuta. They are prompt at responding to any issues and have always resolved things quickly and without fuss.
I highly recommend this company and the product and several friends have invested in their own eskuta's for delivery work and commuting.

The service from Eskuta is excellent and the bike is great, I suffer from arthritis but this bike does not give me any pain the assist makes it feel like I am pedalling air.
As a nurse I rely on my bike and it’s not let me down.

I have recently purchased a second hand Eskuta Sx-250, and so far it has been one of my best purchases, even though the bike wasn't in the most pristine condition, I managed to get on the phone to the customer service who helped me get booked in for a repair and my bike is now up and running like brand new.

If I can give 0 I would. it's going to be around 3 months and I am not sure if I will receive the bike at all.
they keep calling me and expending the date of delivery. They are full of bs. First excuse was there was to much order that's why there is going to be delay and I was okay. After waiting for 2 months apparently during the delivery my van got into an accident and the delivery was extended for a month and now when it was supposed to be delivered around 11th of September they switch again and says is going to another few weeks from September. I tried to cancel several time but they don't let or don't give me the full refund saying it's deposit. But what about you guys delivering the fricking bike was supposed to be derived around 3-4 week? it's going be 3 months or something and still no news. They are a scam if you can don't buy from them worst company ever.

As a dialysis patient I needed something just to get myself too and from my sessions. I first looked for an eScooter, but decided against it. I then came across Eskuta and their Hire to Own plan.. I decided to to give them a try, as I can't walk very far and even riding a bike with no power assist hurts my legs. This bike has been a god send, I've loved every minute of it and it's taken me places I thought I wouldn't be able to ride. I have even done the quoted 40/50miles, and that's even going up hills (though I don't weigh much) The bike itself is stylish and people always stop and chat to me about it.. Not sure where I would be without it, I hope to continue the who contract. This bike is awesome.

"Poor charging, battery last only for 10miles and bad customer service"
This bike no way near performs to its specification. It says the battery lasts up to 40miles but it only last for 10-12 miles max after charging it for 7 hours. I only bought it about 1 month ago. I sent an email to support team, it’s been 2 weeks no response. It’s a scam( be aware it’s not compatible for food delivery)
