"UPDATE ON POCKET OPTION DISPUTE"

This is an update on previous reviews. Please be aware that one profile for Pocket Option has been deleted from Trust Pilot. I had posted a review on that profile and they responded before that profile was deleted.

This is to update that, in spite of their ADMISSION that their platform will enter your full balance if you MISTAKENLY enter an amount that is greater than your balance. I have repeatedly asked of them to remove this feature and they refuse, offering a feature where you can place a maximum trade. I concede that it is a good feature to be added but

1. they are offering only PARTIAL protection for your account
2. even with this feature, your account is stiil at risk because it could be accidentally turned off, or turned of (temporarily) and you forget to re-activate.
3. The fact that they provide that feature is PROOF they are able to program the platform to not execute trades when the balance is exceeded (as they do when maximum set is exceeded)

The ONLY purpose served by the feature they refuse to change is the TOTAL DEPLETION of traders' accounts.

Please note that Pocket Options has REFUSED to answer the question I asked REPEATEDLY, why it is so important to keep that feauture and who does it benefit.

"Withdrawal Frozen Without Justification – $3,800 USDT Withheld"

I registered with Pocket Option and made a $31 deposit. The same day, I won approximately $3,800 USDT. However, due to a mistake in entering my email during registration, a duplicate account was unintentionally created.

I immediately contacted support, explained the situation, passed full KYC verification, submitted all required documents, and confirmed my primary account.

After verifying everything, I submitted a withdrawal request. Then, Pocket Option stopped the withdrawal and now refuses to process it, citing the existence of a duplicate account — which I had already disclosed and never used for any gain.

There is no fraud, no abuse, and no valid reason to freeze my funds. This is unlawful withholding of client money. Support ignores the facts and only sends generic responses.

I will escalate this to financial regulators, blockchain monitoring services, and legal authorities if not resolved immediately. Avoid this platform.
