I doubt if pocketoption is genuine. After carefully checking the signals, knowing very well that I am reading on the right way, appears to me that someone is controlling the signals. The signals immediately move out from the line as if someone pushed it away. Pocket option is not to be relied on. They are manipulating the signals

They where fair until Jully of 2024 when they started ignoring and baning every acount i have created..All of these years prior they where ok withdrawing and responsive with suport.They messed up big time!

t’s a scam, I deposited my hard earned money, tried to take it out, they then claimed I had another account which is a violation of the their policies, I explained to them I don’t but they say I am lying. They claim someone used the same wallet as me on another account, how is that my problem and you then restricting my account, why not restrict and ban that other account.
I explained all this to the so called support but they still keep insisting I close an account I don’t have access to or recognise, so guys please beware if you’re depositing your money because you might not get it out ever again like me. They restricted me from going on the general chat as well. Tell as many people as you can, it’s a big scam and their support just sound like robots and not listening to you if you ever have any issues like I did. This issue is just a day old from the date I am posting this and I have all proof and evidence to back up my claim. They might even delete my account after this but I don’t care anymore.

"Where do I begin"

Where do I begin? Pocket Option used to not to be bad. Withdrawals were somewhat quick, and they were usually pretty transparent. That has all changed. A couple weeks ago, I used an Expert Advisor on their MT5 platform. I knew they didn't allow bots on their quick trading platform, but since all regulated and unregulated brokers allow EAs I didn't think twice about Pocket Option not allowing them. I flipped a 50$ account to $1500 and tried withdrawing $500. After waiting almost 6 days for withdrawal notification, they tell me I have to take a selfie with a piece of paper saying "pocketoption.com" on it with the date and my signature and also me holding my ID. I quickly complied. Once that was verified, I get a notification about 4 hours after I re-submitted my withdrawal for $500 stating they took ALL of my profits and put my account back to $50. Folks, no legitimate broker can do that. As long as your EA does not use methods of cheating such as latency arbitrage, all STP and ECN brokers make money when you trade. But, instead of warning me not to use an EA anymore and letting me keep my profits, they took every last penny I earned. Obviously, Pocket Option only makes money when you lose which I think everyone who trades binary options understands that. On top of this, when I went to utilize the copy trade feature, it was unavailable to me AGAIN without any sort of reason why. The first time it was unavailable, I emailed support and they told me it was an issue and allowed my account to copy trade again. However, after they took all my profits from my MT5 EA, I see I was once again blocked and this time when I emailed them they said the following:

"Dear Justin,
According to the Public Offer Agreement's clause 2.14 this feature is not available for your account. We do not provide more detailed information on that. The Company reserves the right to limit the availability of offered features and services, and motivation benefits at its own discretion."

Folks, here is the reality with Pocket Option. Your funds are never secure and can be taken away without notice according to their rules. Pocket Option's main revenue comes from traders losing on their platform and not winning. And lastly, if you start making money by copying the trades of other traders, they could and will most likely will cut you off without warning to ensure they keep making a profit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS. Learn to trade Forex with a regulated or reputable STP or ECN broker where your funds are safe and expert advisors are allowed. I promise you, you will be better off!

Dissapointing customer service experience, the customer service is not really willing to help you out nor answer your questions and explaning you things. SCAM. I made my first withdrawal on this platform, they paid. Then I continued with the negotiations. Then they sent an email, freezing my account, zeroed my balance of us 302.30, stating that I operated with robots, saying it was prohibited, but I didn't do that.
