"Absolutely terrible service"

Absolutely terrible service. Difficult to speak to the solicitor acting for us, ignored a lot of the time and we were presented with bills that we hadn't been made aware of until the day of exchange!
Very disappointed.

They are completely incompetent, unresponsive and about to collapse our chain when all they are engaged to do is facilitate the cash purchase at bottom. IT COULDNT BE SIMPLER ! Never respond, not contactable, whole chain waiting on them for days and weeks at a time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

"Not simply legal/ simply a joke"

Simply legal has got to be the worst solicitors in Britain. they took over a year to sale a house, what a joke.And when you phone them they never answer the phone, and it takes days for you to get in contact with them and when you get through no one got any answers for you. How those people can call themselves solicitorsis a proper joke.so people save yourselves the anxiety and get a proper solicitor on the job.

Don’t introduce work to them they won’t pay , they are a scam and promise payments but nothing ever comes and the accounts don’t reply.

Simple Legal are dealing with my Housing Damp Disrepair Claim which started back in December and they seem extremely professional throughout the process so far.
Issues are getting dealt with within a reasonable time scale and agents are very helpful in every way.

I was very happy with the outcome at the end couldn't of been happier with the service, I have recommended Simple Legal to my friends and family.

If only I could click minus stars I would, at a time I was vulnerable after a car accident, the Simple Salvage Solutions which was part of them has now supposedly gone bust, taking my car and never giving me payment at all. I am still owed £1,000 a year later and can never get through, currently speaking to the FCA and financial ombudsmen so let's hope they can help - DO NOT USE THEM!!!

It's a pity you can't get hold of simple legal solutions or Motr solutions as non of their contact phone numbers seem to work. Never fear though as their director is also on the board of directors for a company called next gen solicitors. Motr solutions aren't even registered at company House. Funny that.

Sounded so good, £27.50, that's where it ended, the rest was a hustle,,,,,, buyer beware, its always about misleading people, when you mislead someone, to me its theft, black and white,,,,
