Instructions are ambiguous or non-existent, customer support takes quite a while for a response, and answers from customer support are very brief and more ambiguous.

Morgan is the Bright Light in their South Dakota building. She was able to answer questions, direct me to forms and try to help with difficulties of dealing with thsi firm. She has a contemporary, Luis, who is over in the outgoing transfers area that is similarly inclined. Both were very helpful in advising what forms were necessary to get out of the Trust. I'm indebted to them.
