The contractor that was assigned to me was great and efficient. The only downside was that their arrival time was revised twice and I ended up waiting an extra hour for the service. Luckily, my car that needed help was just parked in front of my house so I could wait in the AC. However, if I needed to wait in or near my car in that heat for that long, I'm not sure it would get the 4 stars I'm giving it today.
