I am in Texas. My insurance company's app wasn't working, so I tried to go online for a tow. I ended up with this nightmare instead. They didn't tell me they were AZ based. I requested a tow about 8 miles from where I broke down to my mechanic. They put a $325 hold on my checking account and refuse to return it. No one can tell me how much the tow actually cost, I've received no invoice from anyone, and no one can take a payment because no one knows how much it was. I requested a refund which was denied, and no one can tell me why. I disputed the charge with my bank, which was denied because I couldn't give them paperwork that I don't have and this company can't or won't provide. When I call, I get routed back and forth between 2 phone numbers, and keep being told I need the other phn #. A 3rd # was provided where no one ever answers and no voice mail. So, I paid $325 for an 8 mole tow. AVOID THIS COMPSNY LIKE THE PLAGUE. This has been going on for 2 months. My next step is going to be contacting the AZ Attorney General.

This is a great service. Easy to drive your service person and he even arrived sooner than expected. He was very kind, nice and personable. I got stuck with a flat tire in Santa Cruz on a Saturday afternoon while I was working and he saved the day. I would DEF use this service again. He came within 45 minutes
