He arrived with gas,but I am not sure why I had to pay $160 for a service that I have included in my insurance premiums

I called because my battery gave up on life in the middle of a moderate blizzard- road conditions were awful, it was cold and windy as heck- but they sent a tech who got there within the hour. The man who helped me was incredibly patient and kind, and switched my battery on the go. I was able to get home safely within 2 hours of getting stranded- from online booking to incredibly fast response, DRIVE roadside is the way to go.
