Company is great for getting a car jumpstarted. I needed a jump on a cold Denver day last week. However, don’t fall for the upsell on a new battery like me. They offered to replace my battery, which they did. After the car started up fine, they left. When I went to drive it a few hours later, I got a “Service Shifter” notification on the car. Won’t move out of park and has been sitting idle for days. I scheduled a follow up appointment with exact details on why I wanted them back out. They call when they are close by to ask about needing a jump (didn’t bother reading my note) and ran for the hills when I said the reason I needed them. Again, they’re fine at getting the car jumped, just don’t let them upsell you on additional work when they have no intent to see it through. Car had zero issues before and it’s a massive inconvenience to have a useless car.
