The Drive Roadside was a great experience.

I was parked at the Airport for over a week in subzero temps. I googled Minot ND roadassistance, filled out the info and they called and confirmed right away. I didnt have to sit and wonder if anyone was coming. Then the driver called to let me know he was here and he quickly jumped me and I was able to get on my way home. It took about an hour, which isnt too bad. A little spendy but I didnt have a choice and it all went well overall.

I requested service for a flat tire, and was connected to an associate about fifteen minutes later. I was told they were “en route” and the ETA was in 56 minutes. An hour passed, and I got another message claiming my ETA was updated to 60 minutes. After waiting ANOTHER hour, I was notified that the assistant canceled on me. The communication was terrible on their part, and wasted much of my time. I had to make a phone call in order to receive my refund, instead of the refund being automatic upon the driver cancelling on me. And now I won’t receive my refund for “3-5 business days.” I do not recommend.

The service was great and the provider got it done quickly and efficiently even with the terrible weather! The only downside I can think about is the pricepoint, but other than that I had a great experience.

The gentleman that came to fix my tire was very kind, professional and efficient. It was 6 degrees out so I’m very grateful for his help, would definitely recommend this organization if everyone is like him.

My car tire went flat after hitting a large pothole. A tow truck was sent and arrived in to r hour. The driver put on the spare tire.
