NEVER DEAL WITH FLIGHTHUB...They are a nightmare online portal, no support helpline except for sales...had a death in the family and airline authorized a full refund in writing to us however flight hub is giving us such a hard time to get our money back for the last one week....no support at all....I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PORTAL TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU WANT A HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE. I have tried to speak with 4 or 5 chat specialists and they are not trained to be helpful at all.... I am requesting the email that airline has sent them asking for more documents and they hesitate to send me the email... they deny forwarding it to me. GUYS NEVER DEAL WITH FLIGHTHUB....Striclty a nightmare experience for us
