2nd time booking with you guys. Really appreciate: easy, fast, convincing,… overall- great.

Seems scammy. I booked flights awhile ago. A message stated I would have my e tickets in four days. One month later and still no confirmed e ticket just a reservation number . Then I go to check further and it says that my order is cancelled. I call the customer service number and it prompts me to enter my reservation number but it says it is not recognizable. I then pressed the contact us button and you can talk to an AI system that proceeds to tell me that my flights are not cancelled and some other excuses. And says it will direct me to a live agent as per my request. Ive done this two times and still no contact. Horrible customer service
