We requested seats expecting to pay a charge of $220 which in itself is exorbitant only to find there’s an additional service charge of $163. When I asked to rescind my request for certain seats I was refused. The charges are non refundable. This is underhanded charging is unacceptable and akin to robbery!

Absolutely sucked,they are very confusing . I got charged one amount my confirmation only came through for one so while I was trying to get it straightened out they told me my flight for the other passenger went up in the mean time and had to pay over 600 dollars more . Even though the email confirmation was written and sent at 433 but didn't come through on my phone until after 6 o'clock they still charged more and even though I paid for cancelation ins. To cancel would have cost another 350 . This is the worst company I have ever felt with

I’ve been a loyal FlightHub customer for years because booking flights was always quick, easy, and convenient. Unfortunately, that trust has been broken. When everything goes smoothly, the platform works well. But the moment something goes wrong, you're on your own. The customer service is nearly impossible to reach, and getting help or resolution is a nightmare. It's incredibly frustrating to feel abandoned when you need support the most. I expected better from a company I trusted with my travel plans. I need to cancel my current round-trip travel from Saskatoon to Toronto and rebook for another day, but there is no support.
