Have flown with flair many times, each experience gets worse and worse. I try to contact the airline in regards to my issues and have yet to be able to get through. They don’t take responsibility for their scheduling mistakes and seem to hit you with fees any chance they get. I now fly westjet!!! And encourage others to do the same. If I could have chose minus 5 on the rating scale they provided I would have….
