I am unable to select a seat for the return flight. I have tried many times, went on chat and received directions which I followed but it did not help. Was told that the site was busy and to try again. Tried X3. Still no return seat selection. I am also unclear as to how the notification for a cheaper flight is supposed to work. Do I re-book? If so, how?
