We found a tenant by using the Minus the Agent company very quickly. Landlords desperately need this service to save money from the clutches of real estate agents. We paid a small fee to have the property listed and found someone within 3 weeks after a decent amount of applications came through. No ongoing fee etc. like real estate agents charge. Do it yourself and save a lot of money.

Managed to lease the property within a few days of being listed and only 1 week vacancy. Minor glitch at beginning of process, my email wasn’t received saying that my ad was ready to go live but once that was sorted ad online pretty quickly. Great service the whole time though.
